Neckerchief Scarfs | We recommend keeping both designated snaps secure at all times for the best wear security. Measurements listed are represented with both snaps clasped and a rolled cuff. Each roll of the cuff brings the size in by 1" generally. For example, a Medium 16"-17" Neckerchief with our signature Double-Snaps clasped and one roll will best fit a neck measurement at/or under 17"
